Your Story:
After moving to a new area and having heard for over a year about the awesomeness of derby and the spirit of the derby sisterhood I just had to give it a go. Having got a the skating bug in 2010 I was persuaded to come and give it a go with the Dames at the start of 2011 (Okay, I will admit, I did not need much persuasion). I gained my first skate shaped bruise and finished the session wearing an ice pack, but wow I just had to come back.

Likes:
Cake, being on 8 wheels and dancing like nobody is watching.

Dislikes:
Bad drivers, the smell of egg and dogs.

Memorable Derby Moment:
Watching my first live bout, and deciding then that I want to earn my zebra stripes.
