One lazy Autumn afternoon I was thinking up new ways (again) to get fit- and suddenly felt drawn to learn roller-skating. Through Gumtree I found the Blitz Dames. I knew nothing about the sport, but soon learnt there was so much more to roller derby than skating; I was slowly becoming addicted!
